  • Do you add surcharges for use of credit cards?

    • We don't add surcharges for credit card use. Surcharge is widespread in our industry but we, at Good Computers, see it as ridiculous and unfair for customers to pay for the privilege of using a common payment method.

  • Can I pay offline with my bank account?

    • You can connect your bank account to your PayPal account and use the latter when purchasing online as it is safer for you. For security reasons, we do not provide our banking details to our customers.

  • Do I need to register to make a purchase?

    • Registering is not required when buying from Good Computers. We believe in keeping everyone's shopping experience as simple as possible. We, however, encourage registering with us to make your future Good Computers shopping quicker. Registered customers are also able to cancel orders or track their purchases online. Even if you will not register, you will still get updates from us via e-mail.

  • If I will provide you with my e-mail address, will you send me spam or your commercials?

    • We will not send spam or promotional e-mails even if you ask us to! Unlike some of our competitors, it is our policy not to clutter our customers' inboxes. We only send e-mails needed to facilitate your purchase.

  • How much do you charge for delivery?

    • Our innovative delivery system allows us to charge a flat rate of $12 regardless of product size and your location within Australia. If you're outside Australia, we will calculate delivery charge on a per order basis, so don't hesitate to contact us.

  • Do you charge insurance fees for delivery?

    • There are no insurance fees because all your purchases are delivered to you in your location of choice. If the parcel is damaged on arrival, please do not accept it.

  • Do you send purchases to Post Office Boxes?

    • We only use couriers for delivery, and we don't drop purchases at postal outlets because we want to make sure the products reach the intended recipients.

  • I have seen your store advertising a low price in other websites. Why is the product's price different at goodcomputers.com.au?

    • Our prices constantly change. The other websites we advertise on usually change prices once per day, and some prices may change after we have published them. Rest assured that all Good Computers merchandise have competitive prices.

  • Do your products come with warranty?

    • Yes, all our products come with full manufacturer warranty.

  • Do you send product quotes by e-mail?

    • Unfortunately, quotes are beyond our superpowers. Our prices often change such that by the time you will read our e-mail, the price may already be different. If you need to know the total amount for your order, please add the products you need to the cart and proceed to check out. Our system will tell you the total payable amount. However, if you would not proceed with the payment, we would not be able to "lock" the price for the chosen products.

  • Do you give discounts for bulk purchases?

    • We do not give discounts for bulk purchases at this time. As much as we want to please our customers, we also have to pay our employees.
