Storez Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right to accept or reject your offer for any reason, including, without limitation, the unavailability of any product, an error in the price or the product description posted on this website, an error in your order or a failure in your payment.

Your ability to purchase products and services from http://www.goodcomputers.com.au/ may be terminated at any time by Storez Australia Pty Ltd without notice.

Pictures and description of products are for your convenience only and may not be accurate. You should by no means buy this product based on the description or the picture. Payment Process

It is a strict policy of Storez Australia Pty Ltd that all online purchases must be paid for prior to shipment of the products; no matter what the value.

Storez Australia Pty Ltd accepts Visa, MasterCard and payments through PayPal. We do not apply any surcharges for credit card payments.

Once you have placed your order you will receive email confirmation stating the total amount and cost of your order. This will include shipping and insurance.

Upon confirmed receipt of your payment into the Storez Australia Pty Ltd bank account your goods will then be shipped to you.

Order Notification

Upon receipt of your order, Storez Australia Pty Ltd will issue you with an e-mail notification shortly afterwards listing the items ordered, the total product and shipping charges and delivery address. This will not include any customs duties, local taxes or bank fees. This is a confirmation that we have received your order, not a confirmation of acceptance or processing.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time prior to acceptance and processing. Once your order is packed or back ordered it cannot be cancelled. You can cancel your order if it has "Delayed" status.

Order acceptance and processing

Upon acceptance of your order we will issue a tax invoice. If any items in your order are "by order" products then we will email you confirmation of acceptance followed by tax invoice when your products will be ready for dispatch. You will not be able to cancel your order after we have accepted it.

Shipping

Orders are dispatched from Storez Australia Pty Ltd during normal Australian business hours. Orders are not valid until accepted by Storez Australia Pty Ltd.

Due to the valuable nature of Storez Australia Pty Ltd products, we must be able to leave your parcel with someone at the address you have indicated, unless you have first provided us with special instructions. A signature will be required upon receipt. Products will be deemed to have been received by you if accepted by a person at your nominated delivery address, or if your special instructions are complied with. Insurance applies only until the order is delivered to your nominated address.

Shipping details must include a street address and daytime telephone number. Your order cannot be dispatched if these details are missing.

Storez Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right to limit quantities and may discontinue accepting orders at any time. Storez Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right to accept or reject orders in any combination or option(s) it determines to be in its best interest.

Currency

International transactions via http://www.goodcomputers.com.au/ are carried out in Australian dollars, United States Dollars, Euro or Great Britain Pounds depending on location of your billing address and processed through the international banking system and exclude Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10%. Your final bill will be determined by the exchange rate (if any) applied by your credit card company at the time the charge is recorded, plus any fees applied by your credit card provider.

Packages shipped within Australian destinations delivered by courier, subject to stock availability. All orders placed within Australia, and or for delivery within Australia, will include Goods and Services Tax of 10%.

Packages shipped using Storez Australia Pty Ltd's international option usually arrive within 14 days. You may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by your country or other overseas authority once a shipment reaches your country, which are not included in our prices.

You may also be required to pay additional charges for customs clearance. You should contact your local customs office for further information on applicable duties, taxes, restrictions, and fees.

Insurance

All international deliveries are subject to an insurance charge which has been included in the International Delivery charges.

Returns, Replacements, Exchanges

All sales are final. We accept returns where statutory rules apply. We do not accept returns if you have changed your mind. However if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please advise us by e-mail and we will try to work out a solution. If we accept return then you must return the goods together with your receipt within 30 days of invoice to enable us to process a refund. We may charge 20% restocking fee. To return your product please contact us to let us know why you decided to return your item(s) and your desired resolution (replacement, refund, or exchange) for each item. We will provide you with instructions where goods should be delivered. For your protection, we strongly recommend that you return your order by insured mail and save the receipt for your records. Storez Australia Pty Ltd is not responsible for lost return shipments. All refunds will be credited in the currency used in original order.

Warranty

All products come with original manufacturer warranty. In case if your product has failed during warranty period please e-mail sales@goodcomputers.com.au or ring Storez Australia Pty Ltd on +61 8 7127 7150. We will issue you Return Authorization slip and will provide you with further instructions. Please note that we cannot accept warranty returns if no proper Return Authorization has been issued. If you post your product without Return Authorization it will be returned to you. You are responsible for shipping expenses to our store. We will cover shipping expenses from our store back to you.

Failure of your product does not entitle you for return of your product. We will replace or repair failed products. If you have changed your mind and want to return your product it will be treated as a return and not as warranty replacement. Please note that returns only accepted within 30 days from invoice date and may be subject to 20% restocking fee.

Complaints

Storez Australia Pty Ltd has a formal complaints procedure and any complaints should be emailed to complaints@goodcomputers.com.au. A reply will be sent notifying you of what action is being taken and when it will be resolved.

Jurisdiction

Storez Australia Pty Ltd is based in South Australia and operates within the normal laws of commerce under Australian business law. The normal laws of international commerce apply to international transactions, provided that any contract made between you and Storez Australia Pty Ltd shall be construed, applied and shall take effect as a contract made in accordance with the laws of Australia and will be governed by and must be performed according to that law.
